Test groups should accept test/path/Test.java#34 syntax in test groups

Instead of forcing the test writer to create new files for each test invocation, it should be enough to have one Test.java with many `@test id=xx` to enumerate through different invocations. That can be done today, but you can not select those test cases from TEST.(quick-)groups.
