jextract includes extraneous man pages

      I installed jextract from the following bundle: openjdk-21-jextract+1-2_linux-x64_bin.tar

      It seems to include the following man pages:

      jextract-21/man/
      jextract-21/man/man1/
      jextract-21/man/man1/java.1
      jextract-21/man/man1/keytool.1
      jextract-21/man/man1/javac.1
      jextract-21/man/man1/serialver.1

      but, I was expecting to see a page for jextract itself. Though I don't see the source for any man pages in the source repo.
