Unregistered monitor in FindClassFromClass()

There's an unregistered monitor in FindClassFromClass(). Not having the monitor
registered means that it won't get cleaned up on thread death. It also means you
won't see it when you dump the monitors. Always register monitors not allocated
from the monitor cache!
