Sometimes when the colormap is full the awt is unable to allocate a color and
prints the following warning:

Warning:
    Cannot allocate colormap entry for default background

Some of the UI looks bad after that (in my case the scrollbar background is
black instead of gray). This warning is bogus because the desired gray (or
something very close) is available. The awt should use the nearest color and
stop complaining.
