Clicking in the page up or down area of the scrollbar in the WebRunner window
causes the scrollbar to be updated twice. I believe this is cause by the fact that
the scrollbar and WebRunner have different ideas about the page size.

It would be nice if the scrollbar would not change at all, and the page up/down
method is called, leaving it up to the WebRunner window to move the scrollbar
to the new position.
