Subject: two versions of InputStream for Strings!!!!!
 
There's InputStreamStringBuffer, and StringInputStream. They both
seem to do the same thing. I thought I wrote the first one, actually,
but it has Arthur's name in it. I like James' name better, but
Arthur's is more consistent with his InputStreamBuffer class, which is
based on an array of bytes.
 
Anyway, one of those needs to go.
