A truncated java.prof file causes javaprof to exit with an array
 bounds problem.
This problem actually showed up when the java.prof file was truncated
in the middle of one line in its first section, the one for methods,
callers, call counts, and times.

javaprof also fails when
you give it the name of a file that doesn't exist. Instead of
saying something reasonable, it says ``java.lang.IOException
