Subject: Menu with label "Help" is unselectable

Hi all,

Creating a Menu with the label "Help" and adding it to the
Menubar makes the menu un-selectable.

Is this a reserved label? I didn't see it in the docs
anywhere. Case is significant. "HELP", for example,
renders correctly.
