The latest build of appletviewer:
/usr/local/java/NIGHTLY/1.0betaK/bin/appletviewer
appears to call paint() twice when it first loads an applet. I
observed this running appletviewer on the file
~jkanerva/src/java/dragon/td2.html
This relies on the following class files:
~jkanerva/src/java/dragon/TestD2.class
~jkanerva/src/java/dragon/Dragon2.class
The TestD2 applet that draws several dragon curves. The standard
pre-beta 1 appletviewer draws the dragons once and then stops. The
new build draws the dragons and then visibly redraws them on top of
the first set.
