When you resize the appletviewer while running the Molecule Viewer, the image of the
molecule centers itself inside the appletviewer, but the display area does not resize.

Steps to Reproduce
Run Appletviewer with Java/demo/MoleculeViewer/example1.html
Resize Appletviewer window to twice its original size.
// Note: the molecule display will be clipped in the middle.
