Win32: StockTicker applet does not display, okay in Solaris

Win32 only: StockTicker Demo applet does not display the stock ticker. It works okay in
Solaris. No error messages.

Steps to reproduce
Run appletviewer http://tachyon.eng/java.sun.com/JDK-prebeta1/applets/StockDemo/standalone.html
