Win95: Copyright screen is too large for 640x 480 screen size. User cannot see the
apply and reject buttons when the Win 95 launch bar is at the bottom of the screen.

Steps to reproduce;
Run Win 95 in 640 x 480 mode
place Win 95 launch bar at bottom of screen
delete or rename .hotjava\\properties file
start appletviewer http://www/java.sun.com
