Appletviewer automatically loads wsock32.dll when it starts. This causes problems with
users who use dialup connections to the Internet.
With Microsoft TCP/IP to use a dialup connection to the Internet, it will try to connect to the service provider anytime any application loads wsock32.dll or winsock.dll.
Well when Applet Viewer starts it automatically loads javai.dll, and javai.dll
automatically loads wsock32.dll.
The description field as copied from bug report 1230174 follows:
In the words of Grant McClure <###@###.###>

URL where the error occured: Local HTML file
Description:
Appletviwer. Every time I go to test an applet it tries to make a dial-up connection to the internet. Idon't feel that this is necessary. If it is it should bemade clear in the documentation.
