17. Layout on Solaris 2.3 and 2.5 is really messed up. Scroll bars are in the
    wrong place, text and label widgets disappear, panels are placed in the
    wrong locations, tucked under other widgets.

There are some bugs filed against layouts but none of them seem as messed
up as this. Do you have a test case?

The problem is noted by Bob Jervis and some other members of jde team. The
problem seem to only exist on OS 2.3 and OS 2.5. It's OK on OS 2.4. Tom
Nevin said he experience the similar problem if running OS 2.4 using
2.5 window system.
