Run InsetTest and start and stop it a few times. At about the 5th or 6th invocation
the error message:

 Warning: XtRemoveGrab asked to remove a widget not on the list

begins to appear and InsetTest doesnt work properly at all.

The following warning message was reported and the OpenWindows hang up while
running an application:

  Warning: XtRemoveGrab asked to remove a widget not on the list

The application is so large that I have not been able to extract the code
which caused the phenomena at this time. (I will post again when I could.)
And to be more worse, the reproductivity is yet unknown.
