One of resize/reshape is not being called when containers are added/removed from
frame. Run the ContainerTest.java test case and do the following:

Chose Checkbox from the Choice list.
Notice that the Checkbox is redraw way below the frame border.
Resize the frame to view the Checkbox widget.
Now chose Button from the Choice list.
Notice that the button is redraw way above the frame borders . If you resize
the button will be redrawn properly but the checkbox could begin to have
the same problem.

This bug is reproducible only in jdk1.1.5. In this Button displays
clearly but Checkbox redraws way below the frame border
When you resize the Applet then Checkbox will also be displayed clearly.
