Win32 only: Times Roman and Helvetica fonts are the same, they shouldn't be.

Steps to reproduce
Compile and run java/src/share/test/awt/FontTest.java from the Java source workspace
Type some text into the text area.
Select Font Name: TimesRoman
// note style and any font metrics you want
Select Font Name: Helvetica
