Win32 only: java.awt.Component.bounds() returns incorrect values the first time a
component is displayed. Corrects on subsequent displays.

Steps to reproduce:
Run GraphicsTest demo
Press <Next> button to cycle through the images.
// Note: the Arc image does not use Component.bounds() the others do.
// check ShapeTest.paint() for the call to Component.bounds().
