Loading the hotlist page in the browser causes some clipping effects -eg: count
field of the "Remember" list. Reloading the page a few times eventually causes the
clipping to go away (May have to reload 7-8 times). When the reload eventually gets rid
of the clipping there are some layout changes introduced.


Test case in : ~malini/hjdev/build/bin/hotjava

o Run HotJava from this workspace
o Choose Places->Show All Places from the menu to bring up the hotlist
o Most of the times, the count value of the "Remember" list comes out clipped. If not,
   reload page a few times till you see the count value clipped.
o Now choose any URL from the list and the URL value should show up over the
    list.
o Reload page a few times till the clipping effect disappears.
o Notice that the scrolling list has now occupied the area where the URL field showed up
   before.
o Clicking on URLs in the list no longer displays the corresponding value over the list.
