The buttons on the bottom of the Open Document File dialog accessable from
the File->Open Document menu item do not appear. You can make the appear
by guessing where they are and pressing (and holding) the mouse button
while over them.

The buttons don't show on the Save to File dialog also.

Same with Save Document dialog. Also the button that should be labeled
Save is actually labeled Open.
