Cannot copy text from URL text field.

Steps to reproduce
<Click> on Title/URL label/text field
Select the URL displayed in the text field
Press <Copy> button on keyboard
<Click> on a window that will accept pasted input (cmdtool, text editor, etc.)
Press <Paste> button on keyboard
//Note: you will need to wait for paste target program to time out waiting for HotJava to send text.

The description field as copied from bug report 1244580 follows:

In the HotJava build that currently lives in the 1.0.2 workspace, if I
select some text in the URL input field and then hit copy and go to some
other OpenWindows application (such as command tool or mailtool) and
hit paste, the other application is hung for about 15-30 seconds and
the selection is never pasted.
