Run the cursor testing demo in src/share/test/awt/CursorTest.html on
Windows 95 or NT.

As you run the cursor through each of the areas you will see an enter
message printed out, but you never see any exit messages. Once you have
run the mouse through each area, the cursor will no longer change and you
will no longer see any enter events on any of the areas. Each area gets
one shot at an enter event in its lifetime, it seems.

If you restart the applet, sometimes you may get one exit and enter event
on one of the Components, but the enters are then no longer delivered.
