Perhaps this is a HotJava bug? It's not clear whose fault is it.
Start HotJava and point to the old java.sun.com home page (available at
http://wombat/java.sun.com/). Resize the window so that the width is
the same and there's around 2 inches of height. The coffee cup animation
will be smack in the center, despite the fact that it shouldn't be displayed
at all.
