The current imlementation of TextArea has both vertical and horizontal scroll bars no matter what. TextField can only handle one line. TextArea needs to be made so that both the vertical and horizontal scrollbars have three modes: on, off, and automatic. In addition, a third type of automatic scrolling should be supported: left and right scroll buttons that appear and disappear as a TextField (or maybe a TextArea) grows too long. Finally, TextArea should have an automatic word-wrap feature.
