RFE: Adequately describe java forward or circular class references

The javac documentation does not adequately describe how to compile
"forward" or circular class references. I have discovered that the
compiler will accept a wildcard filename and also seems to automatically
compile dependent classes which are not compiled yet. The rules it uses
are unclear, however. Please add these rules to the 'javac'
documentation - it would be greatly appreciated.
