Using jdk1.1 for win32 on a machine with win95, buttons are selected
without the mouse clicking on it. Instead it is selected once the mouse
moves OUT of a given button's location.

Run the applet at /usr/sqe/bugs/javacupbugs/snapshots/1263646/Cardtest.html
for an example of this behavior.

Note: this is not consistent - some applets i've tried with buttons have this bug and some do not.

After the initial paint call,,buttons do not become visible until the mouse has moved over a button's location.

This problem does not occur with winNT or Solaris.
