jstack under AMD64 does not report correctly the stack of each thread

      Same issue and fix as jdk6 and jdk7
      Problem with exception
      sun.jvm.hotspot.debugger.DebuggerException: get_thread_regs failed for a lwp
      on linux-amd64 appears to be unrelated.
