There are 2 failing tests described in parent CR:
1. TCK-jnlp test.
2. Small standalone testcase.
First one (tck test) does not fail for 6u14.
Simple testcase that shows that getDocumentBase works incorrectly fails for 6u14 all builds. This testcase fails starting from 6u12 b03 (it is impossible to run this test on previous builds due to CR 6777695)
