Deferral request in 7 -

The fix in jdk 6 for 4743225 was a backport of the fix from 7. In jdk 6, this regression was reported due to 4743225. After some discussion with ###@###.### , he felt that it could be a testcase issue and commented that -

> The test itself is old and complex so it makes it very difficult to understand
> what it actually tests and how to fix it to make it robust.
> I vote for removing it from the workspace since it brings more problems than
> benefits.

More investigation is required, but beacuse the fix might actually be about fixing the testcase, request it's deferal for 7. We will take it up in a 7 update.
