hotspot_version file has wrong JDK_MINOR_VER

      It was fixed in 7u3 but appearing again in 7u4.

      JDK_MAJOR_VER=1
      JDK_MINOR_VER=8
      JDK_MICRO_VER=0

      # Previous (bootdir) JDK version
      JDK_PREVIOUS_VERSION=1.7.0

      We must have it consistent while integrating new hsx from jdk8 to jdk7.
