Tiny: Tab doesn't display in TextArea

To reproduce:
1. From Kona HJ select File -> Send Mail
2. Place cursor in message field and hit Tab key.

Result:
The cursor's position is unchanged.

Expected:
That the cursor move several spaces to the right, as on Solaris HJ.
