1. Load http://www.javasoft.com (obsoleted testcase. see below)

Result: Everything on the page flickers too much as it loads.
NOTE: Occurs on TinyAWT with Solaris too.

NEW TESTCASE:

1. Load the following URL:

http://cafedead/~rcb/tests/api/java_lang/Object/index.html

2. Click on "Equivalence Class Partitioning".

3. Scroll down 1/2 page before it fully loads.

3. Frames will flicker and continually repaint.
