destroyed applets still may have exported remote objects receiving calls

      When an applet is destroyed, the remote objects that are exported to the RMI runtime may still be in the object table and therefore such objects may receive incoming RMI calls. The destroy action of an applet does nothing to unexport remote objects that an applet no longer needs.
