win32: printing native components doesn't work - get only outlines

On win32 printing the native components does not work -- you only get outlines
of the components.

This may be difficult to fix for fcs -- just wanted to file it so we don't
forget.

You can easily see this by running the JCK test: ComponentTest
The output window should contain teh printed output.
