When running the JCK test ComponentTEst on win32, there seems to be a serious
problems with the internal scrollbars which are created to not really scroll
anything real (created with "new Scrollbar(orient)" and not setting any other
parameters).

If you click on one of the elevators, the elevator will disappear and all
windows in the app will freeze up until you activate some other win32 app
and then re-activate the java app. After reactivation, everything works ok,
but the scrollbar elevators are still missing.
