It seems certain controls on win32 will get got-focus events, but once they have
the focus, key events are not delivered to them.

To reproduce, see the JCK test, EventTest2:

Click on the button - you should see the "got_focus" event.
Now start typing some keys.....no events appear.

This is also true with teh checkbox, however the List, Panels, and Windows
seem to work correctly.
