The Win32 install script insists that the user enter 'no'... 'n' or 'N' will not suffice. If a user hits control-c at this point, the release is installed.
This is not the behavior of the Solaris script.
We should attempt ( espeically since it is easy ) make our install scripts as similar as possible on these platforms, and minimize our support burden by making the process as easy as possible.
