The Windows installation process is not a one-step procedure.
This is likely to cause some confusion, especially since
(a) the solaris procedure is one-step
(b) we do not provide a README as to what step(s) to take after running the original .exe file.
(c) there are two named labeled 'setup'
(d) the .exe file leaves the directory with 3 executable files.
This really needs to be made one-step ( why the extra procedure? ) or a README telling the user simply to execute setup where they want the 'java' directory to be placed.
