Currently there is no way to register a listener on the EventQueue to watch
events going by. You can peek at events at a given moment or take events off
the queue, but there is no way to just observe them going by.
This functionality would be *extremely* useful for whiteboard apps,
automated testing (record/playback), and even general debugging.
