JDK1.1 green threads don't work on Solaris 2.6 for Intel

    Description

      The "getcontext" workaround for green_threads does not
      work on Solaris 2.6 for Intel. It depends on "__cerror" being exported
      from libc, and it no longer is. It was mentioned to me that a Solaris/Intel
      fix for "getcontext" will appear at some point.
