DrawImage does not work correctly for continuously updated
byte images when the image is regenerated from a byte array source by
calling flush(). See the Plasma applet at
"http://rsb.info.nih.gov/nih-image/Java/Benchmarks/Plasma.html" for an
example. Source is also attached.
