The HotJava toolbar now uses transparent GIF images on it's UserImageButtons. On NT, the wrong background show through. On Win95 and Solaris, it appears correct. This is very repeatable; but sometimes, on some buttons and on some machines, it works correctly. The background color is only set on the Frame, child containers do not set their background.

I'm not sure if this is some sort of painting problem with the container hierarchy or whether the image fetcher is messing up.
