PropertyChangeSupport does not propagate the propagation id

      In the description of the PropertyChangeEvent class it states "In Beans 1.0 the sole requirement is that if a listener catches a PropertyChangeEvent and then fires a PropertyChangeEvent of its own, then it should make sure that if (sic) propagates the propagationId field from its incoming event to its outgoing event."

      There is no way to do this when using the PropertyChangeSupport class to deliver property change events. An additional signature for the firePropertyChange method is required which takes a propagationId as a parameter.
