There are many situations where you need to know Font information
from the System, much the same as the SystemColor class.

Some examples of customizable fonts for MS-Windows include:

1. Menu
2. Active/Inactive Title Bar
3. Button Face
4. Text Component
5. Radio Button/Checkbox
6. MessageBox/Alert
7. Tooltips (Bubble Help)

Since these are customizable by the end-user (as with Color prefs)
they should be a class implemented the same way as the SystemColor
class.
