If a Frame is displaying a modal Dialog and a second modal
Dialog is placed over the first, then when the second is removed
the control passes back to the first modal Dialog. However
setVisible(false) does not hide the first Dialog any longer.
It is no longer possible to return the control to the Frame.

This behaviour is not observed on Solaris machines.
