When running the java program PrintDraw (attachment 1) text that is written with
the sansserif italic font is not displayed on the canvas. The font.properties.iso5 file is included in attachment 2. This font file should be renamed font.properties.ru and placed in $JAVAHOME/lib before running the java app PrintDraw.

The Java -> Solaris font mapping for this Java font is :

sansserif.italic.1=-monotype-arial-regular-i-normal-italic-*-%d-*-*-p-*-iso8859-

This font is currently supported in Solaris 2.6. In fact this font mapping is also used for the serif.italic Java font specified in the same fort.properties file. There is no problem with the serif.italic font. All text is rendered
correctly in this font.
