There's an inconsistency between the treatment of the title of a PopupMenu object in teh Solaris and Win32 implementations: Solaris shows it, Win32 does not. However, Solaris shows it without a separator between it and the first valid menu item, so it appears to be just another menu item that for some reason cannot be selected.

Tom Ball suggests that if the Solaris version were to have an implicit separator when the popup has a title on it, this would resolve this descrepancy between the Solaris and Win32 implementations.
