The index for the documentation is so large that IE3.0 chokes on it.

How about simply splitting it into 26 files, with an alpha list at the front of it.

Is this a bug? I simply can't use the index to your documentation -
so I can't find stuff - so I can't cut code. For a SDK, that's a bug.
