My current build of HotJava, when using the latest promoted jdk1.1.1, does not
work when links go to a location within a page. (That is, <a href="#blah"> links do not work.) Instead of going to the anchor within the document, the
browser just goes to the top of the page. Try the Getting Started, Setting
HotJava Preferences for a simple example of this problem.
This works correctly when ALT_JDK is set to jdk1.1.1bak.
Some members of the HotJava engineering team suspect this is related to a known
problem with scrolling in the latest 1.1.1 build, so I'm submitting this with
subcategory classes_awt.
