lease value returned by dirty call is ignored

The lease value assigned by the server (returned in a "dirty" call) is ignored by the implementation and is not taken into account when renewing leases. This could have the affect of remote objects being prematurely garbage collected by RMI's distributed GC since the clients will not renew the leases in a timely fashion.
